WA SAVIN is the Washington Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification Service that lets you track the custody status of offenders in jail or prison. You can call the toll-free number at 1-877-846-3492 or register online at www.vinelink.com and follow the instructions to access custody information.
This service will let you leave a phone number or email to be notified automatically when that offender is released, transferred, escapes, or dies. Anyone can sign up and it is completely CONFIDENTIAL.
You can also be notified when a protection order is served through this service.

The Victim/Witness Unit has been established in the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney's Office to assist victims and witnesses through the criminal justice process. The Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney recognizes that recovering from crime takes time and that victims and witnesses deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Many victims and witnesses have never been significantly involved in the criminal justice process and do not know what to expect. We are here to help!
