COVID 19 HOURS AND OPERATIONS
The Treasurer's Office will be open to the public 9am to Noon.
The Treasurer's Office is committed to serving our citizens during this time of unprecedented response to the public health emergency. However, we will be limited to online, email and telephone support. Working hours may be further limited. You may process the following types of transactions online:
- 1. Pay property tax, personal property or irrigation https://www.paydici.com/franklin-county-wa/search/new
- 2. Look up information about a property, tax history, sales, map sifter, appraisal breakdown, value and more at http://terra.co.franklin.wa.us/TaxSifter/Search/Results.aspx
- 3. Request to change mailing address http://www.co.franklin.wa.us/assessor/change_of_address.php
- 4. On all real estate transactions you are required to have a REETA, you can find that on DOR webpage at https://dor.wa.gov/get-form-or-publication/forms-name-r
For tax payments that are not done online, the Treasurer's Office has a drop box located in the courthouse parking lot by the security building. All payments made at the drop box will have a receipt mailed to them by our office for your records. We recognize this is a challenging time and we will work to accommodate to the best of our ability. For any further information, questions or requests, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office. We will answer all requests as soon as possible, but it may take 24 to 48 hours to respond depending on the volume.
