2021 SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND METERED APPLICATION OF

30% MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE ON VARIOUS FRANKLIN COUNTY ROADS

Franklin County Public Works is requesting bids through the Small Works Roster process for supply, delivery and metered application of 30% Magnesium Chloride for Franklin County’s 2021 Base Stabilization Maintenance on various county roads. Bids will be received by the Franklin County Public Works Department, 3416 Stearman Avenue, Pasco, Washington until 10:00 a.m. pacific time, Thursday, April  8th, 2021, for the supply, delivery and application of 30%  Magnesium Chloride on various Franklin County roads.

Both faxed and email bids are acceptable. Please send bids to either the Franklin County Public Works Department fax number, (509)545-2133, or rmendez@co.franklin.wa.us.  It is the bidder’s responsibility to make sure that bids are received by the deadline. Bidders who delay transmitting faxed bids until near the deadline risk that other fax traffic may delay their fax transmission until after the deadline.  Sealed bids may also be mailed or hand delivered to the Franklin County Public Works Department, 3416 Stearman Avenue, Pasco, Washington, 99301. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.

Only firm bids will be accepted. The County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or waive any irregularities and informalities in the quotes submitted and accepted by the County.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at the Franklin County Public Works Office at 3416 Stearman Avenue, Pasco WA 99301, until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 16TH, 2021, and then shall be opened and publicly read aloud thereafter. Bidding on this items has closed, results to be posted in the near future.
